Healthy tip of the week from TOPS

There's a new group in town, TOPS, which is a national nonprofit weight loss program. The Group meets every Wednesday at 5 PM at Rangely First Baptist Church and works toward healthier lifestyles.

Here's TOPS Healthy Tip of the Week!

Grains take longer for your body to digest, so your blood sugar and energy both stay steadier.

2. Make risotto using rye or farrowinstead of rice.

A good recipe for this is Giada's Farro Risotto (Here: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/farro-risotto-recipe )
