Healthy tip of the week from TOPS
There's a new group in town, TOPS, which is a national nonprofit weight loss program. The Group meets every Wednesday at 5 PM at Rangely First Baptist Church and works toward healthier lifestyles.

Grains take longer for your body to digest, so your blood sugar and energy both stay steadier.
Here are some suggestions on ways to add grains to your diet.
1. Add chewiness to vegetable salads with quinoa.
2. Make risotto using rye or farrowinstead of rice.

3. Use barley to thicken and add creaminess to stews.
4. Substitute buckwheat flour for savory pancakes.
