Coal Creek School 125 Celebration

If you know your history, you know that Coal Creek School is the oldest rural school in Rio Blanco county. The Rio Blanco County Historical Society wants you to see this historic building, it has been  painstakingly restored and preserved for future generations.

The Rio Blanco County Historical Society and MM-Eight Construction are inviting the community to come out for a barbecue lunch and celebration. This party is to thank the local and area construction companies and craftsmen who helped restore the old school and the community that contributed, whether it was businesses, organizations or individuals.
